• Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GST) are processed the same day (handling time: 0–1 business day).
• Express Delivery (0–1 Business Day): Free for orders 150 AED and above. For orders up to 99.99 AED the cost is 20 AED, and for 100–149.99 AED the cost is 10 AED.
• Standard Delivery (0–3 Business Days): Flat rate of 5 AED for all regions.
• Free In-Store Pickup: Collect your order from our Deira, Dubai warehouse within 3 hours of confirmation (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.

• Hassle-Free Returns: We provide a free prepaid return shipping label inside your original package.
• No Hidden Fees: We charge a 0 AED restocking fee on all returns.
• Return Conditions: Coffee machines and accessories must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Perishable goods like coffee beans and capsules are only eligible for return if unopened and fully sealed.
• Approved refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
