- Express Delivery (0–1 Business Day): Free for orders 150 AED and above. For orders up to 99.99 AED the cost is 20 AED, and for 100–149.99 AED the cost is 10 AED.
- Standard Delivery (0–3 Business Days): Flat rate of 5 AED for all regions.
- Free In-Store Pickup: Collect your order from our Deira, Dubai warehouse within 3 hours of confirmation (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

- Return Conditions: Coffee machines and accessories must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Perishable goods like coffee beans and capsules are only eligible for return if unopened and fully sealed.
